Alison Hammond’s fans were in awe of her gorgeous look after she and her make-up artist shared a few snaps of her. The This Morning star, who lost over 11 stone in recent years, embarked upon her new healthier lifestyle after receiving a receiving a pre-diabetic diagnosis.

The star previously said that she didn’t choose to use any form of drastic diet to undergo her transformation, instead opting to work with a personal trainer and eating everything “in moderation”. And now, fans rushed to shower her with compliments after seeing new snaps of her slimmer figure.

She and her makeup artist, Mikey, shared photos of her gorgeous look as she posed outside in the sunshine.

She looked out of this world in a summer striped skirt, white T-shirt, and denim jacket. The presenter smiled for the camera as she showed off her flawless makeup.

Fans were quick to compliment her, with one user writing: “Wow did not even recognise you Alison you look fantastic,” and another posting: “You look amazing and love watching you on TV, such a breath of fresh air.”

One person posted: “Love her so much she always brings a smile to my face . She also looks so happy and healthy and stunning lately,” and another added: “Such an inspirational weight loss journey. Hard work pays off, and you look incredible.”

Alison previously revealed she did try intervention methods to lose weight when she had a gastric band fitted in 2007, but she had to have it removed again just three years later, after her body rejected it.

A source recently told the Mirror that Alison is also feeling happier after learning to put herself first instead of always trying to please others.

They said, “She’s worked so hard since she first started in TV and work has always been her biggest priority after Aidan, but that’s changed now. She’s got a better balance. Her own needs and her love life are much more of a priority – and it shows.”

The news comes as it was also revealed that Alison’s relationship with her 28-year-old boyfriend David Putman has her feeling “on top of the world.”

The source explained, “Alison is literally on top of the world at the moment – she just could not be happier. She’s been grinning from ear to ear recently and David is a huge reason for that.”
