Dana Perino’s sudden disappearance from “America’s Newsroom” and “The Five” left fans extremely worried and the real reason behind her absence from Fox News confirmed all the rumors

Concerns have arisen among fans of Fox News regarding Dana Perino’s recent absence from both America’s Newsroom and The Five.

Perino, who served as White House Press Secretary under George W. Bush, has been a part of the Fox News network since 2009.

She frequently appears on various programs within the network. Recently, however, she has been sharing images of her dog on social media during her time away from Fox.

Viewers have expressed curiosity about her whereabouts, as her appearances on the network have been sporadic in recent weeks.

Since 2021, Perino has co-anchored America’s Newsroom alongside Bill Hemmer and also serves as a co-host on The Five.

According to a Fox News representative, her last appearances on both shows were on July 28.

While it seems she may be taking time off to be with family, no official reason has been provided for her absence from these programs. One fan expressed their concern, stating, “Is anyone else missing @DanaPerino? I’m hoping she’s not sick. It’s weird not having Dana on @AmericaNewsroom and @TheFive. Dana, come back soon; you’re greatly missed. I’m keeping you in my thoughts and prayers, hoping you’re relaxing on the beach with Peter and Percy.”

Another fan echoed this sentiment, noting, “I was thinking the same thing. She’s been gone a lot in the last few months.” In Perino’s absence, Julie Banderas has taken over her co-anchor duties, announcing on Twitter on July 31 that she would be co-hosting America’s Newsroom for the week.

While fans welcomed Banderas, they continued to express concern for Perino. One viewer commented, “Yay! Love watching. But people are concerned about Dana. Her absence is noticeable.” Another added, “Is Dana off AGAIN??? I enjoy Julie, but is everything ok with Dana?”

The Sun has reached out to both Perino and Fox News for further comment.
