The NFL’s new league year hasn’t even started yet but the landscape already looks a whole lot different due to the mountain of moves both before and during free agency’s legal tampering period.

Geno Smith is a Raider. NFL GMs are still shook over Myles Garrett’s historic deal. D.K. Metcalf swapped coastlines and the Commanders are probably trying to trade for one of your team’s best players as you read this. Overall, it’s been a very hectic several days and there’s still plenty more on tap.

So, with that being said, be sure to keep up with all the free agency action, here. We’ll update this tracker with as many details as possible throughout the coming days.

Note: The following moves do not include players that signed future/reserve contracts.

Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals keep three players off the bat: Longsnapper Aaron Brewer and safety Joey Blount were extended, but the Cardinals also found a way to keep Baron Browning on a two-year, $15 million extension.

A veteran backup for Kyler Murray: Jacoby Brissett, one of the more reliable backup QBs, heads to the desert on a one-year deal.

Mykal Walker provides depth at linebacker: Details have yet to be released regarding both contract length and amount.
L.J. Collier and Greg Dortch receive new deals: The defensive end received a one-year, $4 million deal and the wide receiver received the right-of-first-refusal tender at $3.263 million.
DT Dalvin Tomlinson signed: The veteran signed a two-year, $29 million contract with the Cardinals after stints with the Giants, Vikings, and Browns.
QB Jacoby Brissett signed: The backup got a two-year, $12.5 million deal.
T Jake Curhan signed: The former Seahawks and Bears lineman got a one-year contract.

Atlanta Falcons

Atlanta extends two important players before free agency begins: Longsnapper Liam McCullough and left tackle both received new deals. The former’s conract totals four-years, $5.78 million while the latter makes $45 million over the next two years.
Grady Jarrett’s time with the Falcons comes to a close: After 10 years, Grady Jarrett will no longer be on Atlanta’s roster. He was released on Monday, opening up $12.125 million in cap space.
Falcons hand out a trio of deals to help beef up the defense: Linebacker Divine Deablo agreed to a two-year, $14 million deal, cornerback Mike Hughes is on board with a three-year, $18 million contract, and Leonard Floyd comes to town on a one-year, $10 million deal.

Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen receives his due, Von Miller is out the door, and two key defenders get paid: It makes complete sense that the defending MVP gets paid like he should. It was pretty obvious that Miller’s future was elsewhere. However, a big reason why that suspicion came to fruition is because the Bills clearly believe they have two cornerstones in place on defense and those names are Terrel Bernard and Greg Rousseau. Allen’s extension is five-years, $330 million, Rousseau’s deal is a four-year, $80 million, and Bernard received a four-year, $50 million extension. Miller’s release created $8.4 million in cap room.
And Khalil Shakir gets paid: Oh yea, don’t forget the fact that Shakir signed a four-year, $50 million contract before any of the above happened.
Special teams moves: The Bills extended Reid Ferguson via a four-year deal and released Sam Martin. Ferguson is the team’s longest-tenured long snapper in history.

DT Larry Ogunjobi in the mix: The former Steeler signed a one-year, $8.3 million contract with $8 million in guarantees and incentives to reach $10 million.

Pat Jones helps beef up the defensive line: He’ll provide a nice pass rush boost and isn’t crazy expensive at two years and $20 million.

Panthers are serious about improving the defense: They also signed defensive lineman Tershawn Warton to a three-year, $45 million deal.
Michael Jackson is a new member of the cornerback room: And it looks like he’ll have a chance to start since he agreed to a two-year, $14.5 million deal.
Another big addition to the defensive line: Defensive tackle Bobby Brown III is also expected to be a key contributor up front after agreeing to a three-year, $21 million deal.

The Bears also gave Jackson a one-year extension through 2027.
Tight end Durham Smythe reunites with Ben Johnson: The two were with the Dolphins in 2018 – Johnson was the receivers coach. It’s a one-year deal.
OLB Amen Ogbongbemiga and CB Josh Blackwell will continue to add to the Bears’ depth: Both players are very effective in their roles, especially Blackwell and special teams. They each received a two-year, $5 million extension.
DL Chris Williams is tendered: He’ll make $3.263 million after recording a career-high 3.0 sacks in 2024.

Another major upgrade along the offensive line: The Bears pulled off the trifecta by signing center Drew Dalman to a three-year, $42 million deal.
The Bears get an extremely talented pass rusher entering his prime: Dayo Odeyingbo could easily become the best signing of this class. Especially considering he agreed to a three-year, $48 million deal.

Cal Adomitis keeps on long-snapping for another year: Adomitis has been the Bengals’ long snapper since 2022. He’ll retain that role this year as well.
Tee Higgins gets tagged again: The Bengals placed the franchise tag on Higgins for the second consecutive year, but made it clear they intend on reaching a long-term contract unlike last year. We’ll see if it works out.
