The Baltimore Ravens have released a brand new logo to celebrate their milestone 30th NFL season.
In 1996, then-Cleveland Browns owner Art Modell relocated the franchise to Baltimore and changed their name to “Ravens.” The Browns’ franchise was officially deactivated for three years before being reinstated in 1999.
Saturday marked the 29-year anniversary of the Baltimore Ravens’ birth. With 2025 marking their 30th season, the AFC North club released an epic 30-year anniversary logo that includes references to their Super Bowl 35 and Super Bowl 47 championships:
While the Browns have been among North America’s worst professional sports franchises since their reactivation in 1999 (just three playoff appearances and one postseason win), the Baltimore Ravens have been a consistent Super Bowl contender.
The Ravens won Super Bowl 45 in just their fifth season of existence, thanks to a historically good defense that allowed just 10.3 points per game. In the 21st century alone, Baltimore has played in five AFC Championship Games with a pair of Super Bowl victories.
Since John Harbaugh became head coach of the Baltimore Ravens in 2008, the franchise has only suffered two losing seasons (2015 and 2021). They’ve recorded 13 winning seasons and 11 campaigns with double-digit wins.

The Ravens have made the postseason in six of Lamar Jackson’s first seven seasons, winning four AFC North division crowns in that period. But even with the dominance of the two-time MVP behind center, the Ravens have just three playoff victories and have one AFC title game appearance to show for it.
Baltimore’s 2024 season ended with a heartbreaking to Josh Allen’s Buffalo Bills in the Divisional Round. Will 2025 finally be the year Jackson and the Ravens break through? Stay tuned.
