A Bible that Robert Kardashian gifted to O.J. Simpson has sold for a jaw-dropping price at auction, after a five-figure offer from Kim Kardashian was declined.
The late Robert Kardashian, a longtime friend of O.J. Simpson, was one of the “Dream Team” lawyers for the former football star during his infamous murder trial. Simpson was ultimately acquitted in the double murder of ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her close friend, Ronald Goldman.
Malcolm LaVergne, who oversees the late Simpson’s estate, told TMZ that a Bible Robert Kardashian gifted to “The Juice” sold for a whopping $80,276 at auction. Two weeks earlier, LaVergne had told TMZ that Kim Kardashian offered $15,000 for the Bible, but the offer couldn’t be accepted due to legal matters.
The Bible includes a personal message that Robert Kardashian left for O.J. Simpson:
Though he was acquitted in the murder trial, O.J. was found liable for the deaths of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman in a civil trial. He was ordered to pay $33.5 million to the victims’ families.

Kardashian and Simpson had a falling out after the trial, with the former telling Barbara Walters in a 1996 interview that he doubted Simpson’s innocence. Specifically, Kardashian cited the blood evidence.
Sadly, Kardashian passed away at the age of 59 in September 2003 after a battle with Esophageal cancer. Kardashian was survived by his third wife, Ellen Pierson, and four children (Kim, Kourtney, Rob and Khloé) from his first marriage to Kris Jenner.
