Deion Sanders has become accustomed to people saying stuff about Shedeur Sanders, but one person had something to say that really touched a nerve.

At Big 12 Pro Day, Colorado Buffaloes coach Deion Sanders took issue with a report from the NFL Combine that his son was “arrogant” and “brash” in interviews with NFL teams.

Sanders revealed to the NFL Network that he knew which NFL coach made those claims about the former Colorado quarterback.

The Colorado head coach then threatened to call that person out for what they said about Shedeur Sanders.

“We like to call that stuff out, though,” Sanders said on NFL Network. “I know who it is. You’re going to make me call him out.”

“We don’t need to get petty,” said the NFL reporter.

“You know what team we get,” Sanders said. “You got to understand it. Don’t make me pull behind the curtain to step in that thing.”

“I’m kind of curious, to be honest,” said the other NFL Network reporter.

“I’ll try my best to keep it on the high road, but I don’t know the address,” Sanders said.

NFL insider Josina Anderson reported earlier this month that a QB coach had made the negative comments about Shedeur Sanders from a team with a top-seven draft pick.

That means it either came from the Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns, New York Giants, New England Patriots, Jacksonville Jaguars, Las Vegas Raiders or New York Jets.

According to Anderson, the coach made “his assessment known to a number of people.”

She further added that the coach seemed “to have an issue with ‘the culture’ of athletes who have broad fame and financial success before entering the NFL.”

Where Will Shedeur Sanders Go In The Draft?

Shedeur Sanders did not participate in the East-West Shrine Bowl, did not work out at the NFL Scouting Combine, and had just one mandatory press conference in Indianapolis.

It’s essentially impossible to predict where Sanders will be selected in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Shedeur could go number one to the Titans or drop to the Giants at number three.

Things may become clearer when Sanders is available for more interviews with teams at the Big 12 Pro Day.
