She couldn’t wait to do so this week after one particular account mentioned her.

Dov Kleiman is a notorious engagement farming account on social media that has caused many issues in the sporting community with his various reports.

Kleiman commented on the “controversy” surrounding Kimes’ comments about Jackie Robinson’s legacy on Wednesday’s episode of Around The Horn.

The ESPN star called out the Department of Defense on air Wednesday after an article honoring Jackie Robinson was inexplicably removed from its website.

Kimes used her victory speech to raise awareness about the Defense Department’s actions.

She said in part: “So, ESPN and others reported today that the Department of Defense — amidst an ongoing effort to purge government mentions of diversity, equity, and inclusion — removed the website honoring Jackie Robinson’s military service.”

She continued: “It has since been restored; and their spokesperson, the Pentagon press secretary, said this: “We do not view or highlight people such as Robinson through the prism of immutable characteristics such as race, amongst other things.”

“So, look, Jackie Robinson was known for many things; but above all, first and foremost, it was his ongoing courage in the face of racial discrimination. In fact, in addition to crossing the color barrier in baseball, he served in a segregated unit in the army and, in one instance, refused to move to the back of the bus, was arrested, and acquitted. That matters. That history cannot be erased, it cannot be undone, and it must be recognized to fully understand and celebrate his legacy.”

On Thursday, NFL aggregator Dov Kleiman took to social media and stated that “many” football fans were calling on ESPN to fire Kimes over her political commentary.

Mina Kimes Brings Up Known Topic With Dov Kleiman And Jennifer Lawrence

ESPN analyst Mina Kimes hit back at Dov Kleiman after the popular NFL social media account suggested that the network should fire her.

“I see @NFL_DovKleiman keeps posting weird stuff about me today. Flattered because I think this means I now have something in common with Jennifer Lawrence?”

For those unaware, the original person who started the account seemed to have an unhealthy obsession with the acclaimed actress.
