Amanda Holden has delighted fans on social media after she shared a rare photo of herself and husband Chris Hughes on their recent family getaway to Greece. The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 53, is no stranger to the spotlight and regularly shares outfit updates with her followers almost every day; however by contrast her husband Chris, 52, is far less fond of being in front of the camera.

Yet despite being camera shy, Amanda was able to coax the showbiz agency manager into a snap on their sun-soaked getaway to Corfu, where they were joined by daughters Lexi and Hollie. Although the photo itself may have appeared effortless, it was far from easy to get Chris into the shot, as Amanda soon revealed in the caption.

Alongside the image, Amanda wrote: “Last day… he finally made it onto the grid #reluctantly.”

In the snap, Amanda shaved years off her true age as she posed with a fresh face and natural makeup, that perfectly complimented her white halter neck bikini. Leaning into her husband’s arms, Amanda looked more than happy with the posing, as did Chris, who flashed a pearly smile for the camera while donning a floral printed shirt and navy shorts.

The sweet photo drew plenty of attention from fans, including Amanda’s former BGT colleague David Walliams who even cheekily quipped: “Mother and son. Lovely,” in a direct nod to their youthful appearance.

Loose Women presenter Ruth Langsford was also equally impressed as she gushed: “You gorgeous pair!” before This Morning star Kelly Hoppen added: “Cuteness”

However, some fans couldn’t quite believe how young the couple looked, with several even taking to google to research Chris’ age as they weren’t convinced by what they had previously read, reports the Daily Mail.

“Can’t believe how youthful you both look I didn’t believe chris was 70!!!!! “ penned one shocked fan.

A second then weighed in writing: ‘”his man is the youngest looking 70 year old I’ve ever seen OMG”

Despite the compliments, all was not as it had initially appeared with Amanda soon having to take to the comments section to kindly point out that many fans had googled the wrong Chris Hughes, and had likely confused him with the former drummer of Adam and the Ants.

“He’s 52,” wrote Amanda in response to one comment. “You’ve googled the wrong man!” Alongside a laughing emoji.

She also responded to a second follower adding: “He’s not. Whoever you google is not him.”

Amanda and Chris tied the knot back in 2008, but she was also previously married to Family Fortunes host Les Dennis, 70, between 1995 and 2003.
