Loose Women viewers were left baffled by Coleen Nolan and Brenda Edwards’ comments during the show.
On Monday’s episode (July 1) of Loose Women, the panel delved into a mix of sizzling subjects, yet some viewers grumbled that the discussions veered towards the “self-indulgent” panellists. Christine Lampard led the show alongside Coleen Nolan, Denise Welch, and Brenda Edwards as they kicked off with chit-chat about England’s heart-stopping victory over Slovakia the previous night.
Football enthusiasts and Brits alike buzzed about Jude Bellingham’s goal that carried the squad into added time. Shortly after, Harry Kane netted a triumphant header that secured England’s spot in the Euros quarter-finals.
The quartet heaped accolades on the English team and recounted their thrill at the match’s nail-biting moments while sending their best to the lads. The discussion then swung to Shania Twain’s Glastonbury gig, which was plagued by sound problems.

The debate got slightly heated as they tackled the question: should pop sensations go for live singing or play it safe with lip-syncing?
Then came the pondering of ‘What’s the best thing about being a woman’, reports the Express. Brenda chimed in, declaring: “For me, it’s an honour, it is a privilege to be a mother.”
She continued, expressing her maternal pride: “I’m very proud and that for me is the thing I like being about a woman, being able to have my babies.”
The hot-topic session also touched on pudgy pet management techniques while Coleen began her point by saying: “For me”, triggering a cascade of gripes on social media where fans moaned about the presenters chatting up too many self-referential tales.
One viewer took to X and commented: “For me…. Eddie looks far better in lipstick than Denise. Dreadful colour ugh. It’s the only way I can tell them apart #loosewomen.” (sic)

Another viewer expressed: “‘For me’ evil Edwards #loosewomen”, while a third added: “Coleen and Edwards “For me” again, just off with that ffs #Loosewomen.” (sic).
“Brenda “for me” again ffs #Loosewomen”, chimed in another fan before stating: “Coleen “for me” Klaxon! #Loosewomen.”
Meanwhile, jumping to their defence, one viewer stated: “I don’t know why some people watch Loose Women when they only post negative things about the show and never post anything positive #LooseWomen.”
The Loose Women panel was then joined by Aled Jones and GK Barry who is rumoured to join this year’s line-up on Strictly Come Dancing.
