Loose Women fans are desperate for their beloved Ruth Langsford to make a return to ITV screens as they all issue the same complaint about the current panel members
Loose Women fans are missing their beloved Ruth Langsford it would seem.
The iconic television star has been missing from her post on the daytime chat show after the announcement that her marriage had broke down, with Ruth now heading for an impending divorce to her ex GB News husband Eamonn Holmes.
After the shock news was aired, the regular and much loved host took a brief break from her usual commitments and is yet to make a comeback. Fans over on X – formerly known as Twitter – are becoming desperate to see her again.
One person asked: “#loosewomen When is Ruth back on again?” As another shared the same sentiment, adding: “I miss Ruth, it’s not the same #loosewomen.” Meanwhile, other viewers held other opinions with regards to Wednesday’s (July 10) panel as they predicted it would be not be a good episode.

In recent news, it was reported that Eamonn and Ruth’s divorce had turned nasty, with the couple, who had been an item for 27 years and married for 14, confirming they were readying for divorce.
A friend of Eamonn’s reportedly told the Mail: “It could get nasty. To think that they would go from appearing so happy on TV, to potentially going to war over money is not what their viewers expected.”

The same source added: “He made her. Would she be earning the huge amount of money she does if they had never met? No.” They went on to declare that this very factor should be considered when divvying up the finances.
It was announced that the TV couple would be heading their separate ways back in May but Ruth has refrained from speaking about their breakup. However, it’s understood, she is now readying to chat about it live on-air with her co-star support.
A TV insider told MailOnline: “The presenters on Loose Women have a history of opening up about their marriage splits on air and it’s a very supportive environment. Ruth knows the viewers are heavily invested in her breakup so she will be addressing her and Eamonn for the first time on the show.”
The source continued: “She will be surrounded by the people she’s closest to on the show and then will be drawing a line under it… she has no plans to do a big interview, this will be the one and only time she speaks.”
