With forecasts of sunnier spells as we reach the end of June, many fashion fans will be itching to get out their summer dresses in preparation for garden parties, summer weddings and more. And if there’s one person we can rely on to help us find the best high-street picks, it’s Frankie Bridge.
The former Saturday’s singer turned Loose Women presenter has once again wowed fans with her style inspiration after posing in a floral mini dress on Instagram over the weekend. It comes as the 35-year-old regularly shares her weekly fashion picks with her followers as part of her Frankie’s Faves series.
This week, the mum-of-two flaunted her pins in a pretty mini dress that’s as cool as it is chic, while dressy enough for those more special occasions coming up this summer. She styled the Green Linen-blend Flower Print Bryony Mini Dress from celeb-loved fashion brand Nobody’s Child, hailing it as ‘so cute’ for the summer season.
The £59 dress is made from a combination of cotton and linen, which are two of the best fabrics to wear in summer for keeping cool. It boasts a round neck and mid-length puff sleeves which are perfect for balancing pear body types.
Designed in a classic shift cut, it’s a style that will never go out of fashion, with a pretty floral design in shades of blue and yellow – both of which are trending in 2024. Frankie wore hers with beige platform heels and a buttermilk yellow bag, but added it ‘would look really cute with pumps’.

She told her followers: “Floral prints are everywhere this season and I love this one from Nobody’s Child . So cute and the puff sleeves really balance out my proportions (I‘m curvier on my lower half) This could be really sweet as a summer wedding or garden party option too and would look really cute with pumps.”
The dress comes in sizes 4-18, and while the mini style looks fabulous on Frankie, it may not be to everyone’s tastes. But if you love the design, the brand’s Green Floral Luna Midi Dress features the same pretty design in a longer style – and it also comes with a celebrity approval.
Also £59, the dress features a ‘vintage-inspired shape’ and keyhole back detailing, and was spotted on ITV ’s Lorraine Kelly last month on her namesake breakfast show. The dress boasts shirred mid-length sleeves which hide the upper arm, with subtle frills and a leg-lengthening slit.
The 64-year-old wore the dress with a pair of nude court shoes, but you could just as easily pick a shade from the watercolour design and match your accessories to it. Nobody’s Child described the dress as ‘low-key but elevated in an instant’, which means you can dress it down with a denim waistcoat and white trainers for a daytime look, or elevate it with a pair of heels for a more special occasion like a wedding.
After sharing a snap of the ‘lovely’ dress, fans not only rushed to compliment Lorraine on her outfit, but headed online to snap it up for themselves, too. One said: “Love the dress x you look fantastic.” Another added: “Saw this dress on my way to start my shift at M&S yesterday. Looked beautiful on you!”
One added: “Looks so lovely on you and I have just ordered it too,” with a fourth commenting: “The print in the dress is so like the designer Emma Bridgewater.” And we have to agree, with the popular ceramic brand’s Forget Me Not & Primrose 1/2 Pint Mug boasting a similar colour palette and design.
