Loose Women presenter Katie Piper wowed viewers as she showcased a ‘fabulous’ pair of wide leg denim trousers by Karen Millen during Tuesday’s show. Typically retailing for £89, the Karen Millen trousers have been reduced by 20% at Debenhams, so shoppers can snap them up for £71.20.

It didn’t take long for fans of the activist, model and writer to express their feelings on the ensemble, taking to her social media to say ‘you look incredible’ and ‘love the outfit’. Katie opted for the indigo shade, pairing them with a striped off the shoulder blouse also on sale at Karen Millen.

Those preferring a pop of colour can find the trousers in a rose pink hue, as well as cream, stone and mid blue. The trousers offer a sophisticated and clean cut, with a high waistband that is not only comfortable, but flattering as it elongates the legs. Structured pleats also draw the eyes down, as well as adding dimension and structure.

Currently in stock in sizes 6 to 16, the trousers style perfectly with a plain white tee and heels, but would look just as chic with trainers for a paired down look. For something more affordable, these Palazzo Wide Leg Jeans from Next are £48 and come in five different shades of blue. They do however have a slightly different button fastening.
