Ranvir Singh with partner Louis Church
ITV Lorraine star Ranvir Singh has revealed that she’s hit a major milestone with partner Louis Church as she gives an insight into their relationship. The couple have been dating since 2020 with 29-year-old Louis moving in with Ranvir and her son in January last year.
Now, Ranvir has revealed that she’s recently moved house with Louis. Opening up about her fitness routine, Ranvir said on Lorraine: “It’s really interesting – we moved house recently and I’ve been doing some weight training since January an this was a few months later. Weirdly, I hadn’t connected things that going to the gym affects your real life.”
She added: “We were moving house and I just found for 12 hours of that day, I could lift boxes, run out to the car, run back, in and out, up and down, cleaning. By the end of it I felt fine. even my partner was like, ‘God, you’re so strong.’ I didn’t ask for any help.” It comes after ITV’s Ranvir Singh nails summer trends in ‘flattering’ Nobody’s Child dress that’s £40 off.

Opening up about making changes to her fitness regime, Ranvir revealed that she’s embraced weight training. “I’ve been doing more weight training which is why I actually have lost a bit weight in the last year, six months, eight months,” she said.
“We still think we better do something that gets me out of breath like cardio but weight training is still something that you might feel a little bit unsure of but I have learnt that actually it’s about building strength as you get older. Our muscle strength is so important and it’s not just about how you look in a bikini.”
Louis is a former production coordinator, having worked on Strictly Come Dancing and Clarkson’s Farm. He is now the founder of beer company High & Dry Beer.
Ranvir shares 13-year-old Tushaan with her ex-husband Ranjeet Singh Dehal, who she married in 2012. She recently opened up to the Daily Mail’s Weekend Magazine about how she introduced Tushaan to Louis.
“I think when you have a child the bar is so much higher. You can take risks with your own life, but when you have a son you have to be sure this is someone who’ll be a positive force in his life. And Louis is,” she said.
