Tameka’s time on the Celebrity Traitors is over
elebrity Traitors star Tameka Empson drew criticism from viewers during her appearance on This Morning today (Thursday, October 16).
Tameka, 48, became the second celebrity to be banished at the Round Table on Celebrity Traitors last night, despite being one of the Faithfuls.

Last night saw two banishments and a murder on Celebrity Traitors.
Picking up from where episode two left off, the celebs voted Niko Omilana out of the castle. The Traitors – Jonathan Ross, Alan Carr and Cat Burns – then murdered Tom Daley.
Later, in the second Round Table meeting, the celebrities voted Tameka off.
Tameka and Mark Bonnar had been butting heads for days, with Mark claiming he’d noticed a change in Tameka’s behaviour since the Traitors were picked by Claudia Winkleman.
“I really don’t know what to say. I don’t have a game plan, as such. You know, I’m just being me, and I can tell you, I’m a Faithful,” she protested.
After being banished, Tameka admitted she was “just a bit stunned” by the decision.

Earlier today, Tameka appeared on This Morning to discuss her exit from Celebrity Traitors.
“I’m very emotional,” she said of being banished.
“I’m up and down and, you know, you don’t want to hear your name, not so early,” she then continued. “From one person, it’s like ‘ok’. But from four and then you’re out, it’s like ‘huh?’. It took a moment for it to register.”
Talking about watching the show, Tameka said: “I’m really excited because I want to know what’s going on as well.”
Tameka then went on to predict that Cat Burns might win the whole show. “She’s so under the radar, but she is so clever.”

Tameka criticised by viewers
At the end of the interview, things became a bit chaotic, with Tameka noticing the round coffee tables on the This Morning set.
“Can I just say, you do need to get rid of these round tables,” she said. “After that round table, I don’t want this round table here. Why’s it here? I did tell production…”
Tameka then got up and dragged the round tables off set, much to Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley’s amusement. “I don’t do round tables,” she said.
However, some viewers didn’t see the funny side. “How annoying was she! Sit down and shut up,” one viewer fumed. Another added: “Thank god that’s over!” “Terrible – nightmare guest,” said a third.
However, there was plenty of love for the star too.
“Tameka needs to be a regular on #ThisMorning,” one viewer tweeted. “Unpopular opinion but love Tameka,” another said.
“She is so funny!! She is so iconic!! We need more tameka in our lives. Pure joy and positivity,” a third wrote.
