Gemma Collins has showed off her weight loss as she looked stunning in a black and white bikini. The TOWIE icon, 44, has been open about her health and fitness journey by sharing regular updates with her fans.
Over the years, she has shared the ups and the downs of various diets and fitness regimes. Gemma has now worked on her battle with ‘food noise’, which is the constant, intrusive thoughts about eating.
While enjoying the sun on her getaway with fiancé Rami Hawash, Gemma has showed the results of her hard work. The reality TV star headed for a day in the mountains in an off road buggy in a black and white tie-dye bikini.

She looked incredible as she hopped out the vehicle and stopped for a pose in the sunshine. Gemma rocked a pair of white sandals and large black sunglasses while flashing a smile.
Alongside the photo, she issued a message to other women as she said: “Darlings wear the bikini. Chase the sunsets. Get out and seek adventures.”
Earlier this month, Gemma revealed to the Mirror how her weight loss journey was going. She admitted: ” There was a spanner in the works, because I got pneumonia, so it slowed down a bit.
“I’m just constantly on that vibe of positivity and loving yourself, and just taking it slow, really. There’s no rush there.” Sharing how her life has changed, Gemma added: “I think it’s just really lovely to walk into a shop and to be able to buy outfits and they fit.
“I have gone from a size 26 back to a 20. I make sure I can enjoy my summer. We all relax a bit more in the summer but then – boom – straight back on it again.”
She had previously told us how using the weight loss and diabetes medication Mounjaro makes her feel in control and confident. “I feel amazing,” she said, crediting the treatment with not just physical changes, but mental relief too.

Injectable medications such as Mounjaro work by mimicking a hormone that affects appetite regulation in the brain. Originally developed for type 2 diabetes, they’ve now been licensed for weight loss, helping users feel full for longer and quieting the mental noise around food.
Gemma shared: “Mounjaro is unbelievable and it’s changed my whole life. I think it’s a life-changing drug. Being able to pick up a size 20 top in M&S, put it on in the changing rooms and just get on with my day, is just such a life-changing experience for me honestly.”
However, Gemma revealed her distaste for those using weight loss injections who are not overweight. “I really don’t agree with already slim people taking it, that’s just not right at all, and it’s not what it’s for,” she said.
“It’s for overweight people and it breaks my heart when there’s people on the NHS who can’t access it and it’s such a shame because everyone deserves not to struggle with their weight and you would only understand if you had a weight problem and how difficult it is. I know how it is.”
Addressing her weight loss, Gemma added: “I don’t need to prove anything to anyone, I know myself that I’m losing the weight and I feel so much healthier.”
