Katie Price has admitted she would have “lashed out at everything” in her very public fallout with exes Peter Andre and Alex Reid. The former glamour model, 47, has seen her love life enter the spotlight once again as she insisted she won’t be “bullied or gaslight”.

Earlier this month, her ex husband Peter issued a bombshell statement where he claimed Katie made “repeated lies”. He wanted to “set the record straight” over their children Junior and Princess’ living arrangements as he said the came into his care in 2018.

Just days later, Alex shared a video of bankrupt Katie counting stacks of cash and saw her brand Peter’s wife Emily and their two children “irrelevant”. Katie hasn’t directly addressed Peter and Alex but released a cryptic statement about ‘saints and sinners’.

Now, Katie has reflected on the drama as she confessed: “I just don’t even know where to start. So much has happened.” Katie revealed she has been flooded with messages of support from her fans, which she admitted she isn’t used to.

The mum-of-five spoke on her Katie Price Show podcast with her sister Sophie, who praised the star for how she has handled the recent drama. Sophie event confessed if it had happened at a different time in Katie’s life, it would have looked very different.

“You have handled yourself so well and totally different to how you would have done five years ago. By now, we would have been driving you to the Priory,” Sophie said.

The Priory is a group of mental health care and addiction rehab facilities across the UK. Katie has been to rehab in 2018 and 2020 to tackle drug and alcohol use, while in 2021 she went following her horror car crash.

She agreed with her sister as she replied: “Totally, my triggers have been off the scale. I have just been triggered, triggered, triggered. What caused my mental health is all trying to resurface.”

However, Katie added: “I am so proud of myself because I have used the tools I have been taught in therapy. Normally, the old me would have lashed out at everything.

“Now, I know my worth. I know I don’t win by point scoring, I am in a very good place and I know I have changed. I don’t want drama, I want peace. It doesn’t mean to say I haven’t seen it.”

Speaking about how she has changed, Katie shared: “There is nothing that’s getting in my way of anything. What I have been through, I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.

“Now I am at the other end, I am thriving. I have been tested these two weeks. It’s easy for me to say f**k this I am not putting up with his anymore, but my other head says shut up Kate.

“And that is the path I am staying on. I don’t have calls from you lot [her family] anymore. I am past it, I just want to get on with my life.”

Yet, Katie did tease she has more to say on the recent dramas as at the end of her episode, she said: “There’s gossip for next week but I am not saying it now. I have said enough. Wait for the gossip next week. I haven’t been able to say it for reasons but wait.”
