Kelsey Parker has revealed sick trolls have said her son’s stillbirth was “karma” after she moved on from her late husband Tom Parker with new partner Will Lindsay. The Wanted singer heartbreakingly died three years ago of brain cancer, aged just 33.
The pair have two children together – Aurelia, four and three-year-old Bohdi. In September 2024, Kelsey went public with her romance with Will and they announced they were expecting their first child together earlier this year.
However, she revealed in June this year that her son Phoenix was “born sleeping” after she suffered a stillbirth. Now she’s admitted she’s been bombarded with hateful comments from social media users.

Kelsey Parker has shared sickening comments from trolls
Speaking to The Sun, she expressed: “There were comments like ‘karma’… I mean, that just shocks me,” a shaken Kelsey then added: “Someone else said I deserved for my baby to die.
“How can anyone think someone deserves to lose their baby? That’s what they were insinuating – that I deserved this pain, this loss.
“Someone also compared Phoenix to a cat they had lost, as if to them losing a cat didn’t mean anything and was insignificant – it’s just so disrespectful.”
Pointing out one terrible comment, she explained: “One person wrote, ‘He wasn’t much of a Phoenix – he didn’t rise from the ashes.’
“It was sickening. For me, it was just absolutely heartbreaking to see that and about a baby that didn’t even make it into the world. I felt I couldn’t protect him.”
The podcast host went on to reveal that she’s still hoping to have more children and believes Tom is looking after her baby boy Phoenix for her and Will.
Kelsey announced her heartbreaking loss in June as she shared a statement on Instagram for her fans. She began: “Phoenix Parker-Lindsay, you will forever be loved.” She included a poem For Phoenix in the post, which appeared to be titled Born Sleeping, Forever Loved.
The poem shared by Kelsey began: “The world grew quiet as you arrived. So loved, so longed for, yet not alive. Our precious boy, our angel light. Born with wings, took silent flight.”
It continued: “We named you Phoenix, brave and bright. A soul of love, of warmth and light. Though we never heard you cry, you’ll live in hearts that won’t ask why.”

Kelsey’s poem for her late son concluded: “No breath you drew, no eyes to see. Still, you mean everything to me. You’ll journey with us, softly near. In every sigh, in every tear.”
Then, in a message on her Instagram Story, Kelsey told her followers that the family needs time to process the news. She began by writing: “Before I receive an influx of lovely messages and heartfelt wishes, I wanted to just say that I truly appreciate everything you are all going to say and share.”
She continued: “But with the news being so raw, I would really like to ensure that we as a family are given space and time to process this devastating and earth-shattering news. I love you all and thank you for your understanding and space. Love always, Kelsey, Will, and the Parker Family.”
Kelsey’s famous pals sent their messages of condolences as Giovanna Fletcher commented: “A beautiful name for a beautiful soul. I’m so sorry for your loss Kelsey.”
Paul C. Brunson said: “Kelsey, I’m heartbroken for you. Over the last year, I’ve had the privilege of getting to know your strength, your grace, and the immense love you carry. This loss is beyond words. I’m holding you and your family in my heart. May you feel surrounded by love as you begin to heal.”
