TV regular Myleene Klass has spoken of the moment she was propositioned by Harvey Weinstein, who offered her ‘fame’ in return for ‘sex’, leaving her ‘utterly devastated’

TV star Myleene Klass opened up about a “sex contract” Harvey Weinstein offered her in exchange for making her famous. The Loose Women star said she was “utterly devastated” and didn’t know if she was going to “get out.”

She spoke about the moment she met Harvey during a media run and later was asked by Paul C Brunson: “Did Harvey Weinstein offer you a sex contract?”.

Myleene answered: “Yes, well, it was ‘You have sex with me and I’ll make you famous’ and I said I am already famous in the areas I want to be. ‘Well, you can be in this movie,’ and he started naming all these women. And then I said, ‘Well, I don’t wanna be in movies.’”

Paul commented that it was ‘so mad’ that it happened before Myleene recalled the moment she met Harvey. The presenter said they met at a party where she did a ‘mini interview’ with him before he came and ‘found’ her again to put the proposition towards her.

Opening up on her feelings, the former singer said on the We Need To Talk podcast: “I was utterly devastated because I didn’t know if I was going to get out.”

Adding: “I said we would be in touch, and I made it very business-like, I suppose. I just got out. Any woman will tell you this, it’s fight or fight, isn’t it? Any woman who has been in that position where somebody’s being predatory, they don’t have to come with a weapon. We feel it in our gut, we know immediately when we are in danger”.

In 2018, Harvey was arrested and charged with rape and other sexual offences, following allegations from multiple women. He was sentenced to 23 years in prison in 2020, though this sentence was overturned last year, after an appeals court ruled that he had not received a fair trial.

During the 2025 retrial, Weinstein was found guilty of sexually assaulting Miriam Haley. In 2023, he received an additional 16-year prison sentence following a separate conviction.

Weinstein has been accused of sexual misconduct, assault, and rape by more than 100 women in total, though not all allegations led to criminal charges.


Myleene said she was terrified during the incident

Elsewhere in the explosive podcast episode, Myleene talked about the devastating moment she caught her ex-husband, Graham Quinn, cheating on her with a well-known celebrity at her own birthday party.

She said: “I walked in on him with a famous person on my birthday on a balcony. I’m in my house, it’s my party. They weren’t having sex, but they were unzipping each other,” she claimed. “I kicked everybody out of the party – including his mum and dad.”

The mum-of-three didn’t name the celeb in question, but she added that the woman was famous for building “a family brand.”

Despite insisting she has “made peace with that situation”, Myleene says it turned her world upside down. “My life literally broke apart very, very publicly”.
