Rylan Clark appears to have found his happy ever after four years after his divorce as he’s been dating a fairground worker who he has been ‘inseparable’ with over summer

Since his divorce from Dan Neal four years ago, speculation over Rylan Clark’s love life has been rife, with many questioning if his close bond with Rob Rinder was more than platonic. But last week, the This Morning host revealed that he was in fact dating someone but had decided it was best to keep his budding relationship under wraps.

The admission emerged during his BBC Radio 2 show.

And now, according to reports, the reality TV star turned presenter is in a very happy new relationship with a fairground worker. The man in question reportedly works at Billy Bates & Sons, in Leicestershire and is believed to be named Kennedy.

Those close to Rylan say the pair have been “inseparable” over the summer.

“This new man has certainly put a smile back on Rylan’s face and they have been enjoyed spending lots of time together. Rylan’s family and friends have all met him and they’ve been attending lots of gigs together this summer, including Oasis,” they told The Sun on Sunday.

This comes after Rylan was coerced into revealing his happy news while on his radio show where he was talking about his podcast, How to Be in Love, which recently featured Louis Theroux.

After he played a clip from his show where Louis spoke about how he met his wife, Rylan’s co-star Lottie chimed in a cheekily asked if there was “something else” that was mentioned.

And this prompted the TV personality to confess that he had been seeing someone.

At first Rylan was coy about revealing that he was no longer single, as he said: “I might have said that I’m… it feels weird saying it on the radio!”

Lottie then admitted that she too and the team had met Rylan’s new man and went on to describe him as “lovely.”

And addressing rumours that he was secretly in a romance with Rob Rinder, the TV and radio star said: “Like, so many people keep asking, everyone keeps asking me – because there’s all these fake news stories about me and Rob Rinder – we’ve gotten married and all of this. Rob’s my friend.”

He added: “I adore him, and Rob and Rylan’s just about to come out again, our passage to India, and I just thought, ‘Let’s just put the record straight’.”

Earlier this year, Rylan claimed that he felt like a “failure”, following the breakdown of his marriage.

Speaking on his podcast, Rylan: How To Be In Love, he said: “We got married in 2015. That same year, yeah. So it would have been my 10 year anniversary this year.”

Rylan had invited Stephen on to his show during that particular episode. Stephen then asked: “But did you feel also that – when it broke up and you were divorced – did you feel that there was in some sense you were letting down the idea of gay marriage, because we have a duty to show that our marriages are as robust and strong as any heterosexual?”

And in response Rylan said: “There was part of me that just felt like a complete and utter failure. I felt like I’d failed personally, but I felt like I’d found publicly on behalf of – the gays! You know, I’m not, I’m not “head gay”, it’s not that.”

He continued: “But you do feel like, yeah I’m going to get married, I want to get married, I can get married. But when it doesn’t work out you don’t want people to go, “you see that’s why they f****** shouldn’t get married”.”

The Mirror contacted Rylan’s reps for a comment. They neither confirmed or denied the reports.
