TV and radio host Rylan Clark has revealed he’s already had ‘the talk’ with his new funfair worker boyfriend as he opens up on his love life in a rare admission

Rylan Clark has revealed he’s already planned his future out with his fairground worker boyfriend. The This Morning presenter has remained tight lipped on his love life following his divorce from Dan Neal four years ago.

While he fought off countless speculation into his close bond with Rob Rinder being more than friends, Rylan, 36, revealed last week that he is now dating someone. He decided not to reveal who the lucky man is as he spilled on his BBC Radio 2 show.

However, it has now been reported the presenter is loved up with a fairground worker. The man in question reportedly works at Billy Bates & Sons, in Leicestershire and is believed to be named Kennedy.

Rylan and Kennedy are said to have become “inseparable” this summer and have already met each others families. The TV and radio host revealed his happy news while talking on his podcast, How to Be in Love, which featured Louis Theroux.

Teasing the new romance, Rylan revealed: “At this time I’m very happy. Recently I have gotten into a relationship and it’s great. And it feels very different to anything I’ve had before, which is a good sign to me.”

Rylan confirmed Kennedy was the first person he has introduced to his family since splitting from Dan. Documentary maker Louis probed Rylan about the romance as he asked if they had thought about having a family of their own.

“Is that something you’ve been thinking about?” Louis asked. Rylan candidly replied: “Yeah I want kids. He wants kids.” Louis even gave Rylan advice as to how you need to have things figured out more when kids are involved.

“This new man has certainly put a smile back on Rylan’s face and they have been enjoyed spending lots of time together. Rylan’s family and friends have all met him and they’ve been attending lots of gigs together this summer, including Oasis,” a source told The Sun on Sunday.

Rylan also discussed his romance on his BBC Radio 2 show after playing a clip from his podcast. His co-star Lottie chimed in and asked if there was “something else” that was mentioned.

It prompted the TV personality to confess that he had been seeing someone. Rylan said: “I might have said that I’m… it feels weird saying it on the radio!”

Lottie revealed that she and the team have already met Rylan’s new man and went on to describe him as “lovely.” Rylan then took the time to address rumours he was secretly in a romance with Rob Rinder.

He said: “Like, so many people keep asking, everyone keeps asking me – because there’s all these fake news stories about me and Rob Rinder – we’ve gotten married and all of this. Rob’s my friend.”

He added: “I adore him, and Rob and Rylan’s just about to come out again, our passage to India, and I just thought, ‘Let’s just put the record straight’.”

Rylan and ex husband Dan married in 2015 but split in 2021. They had met when Rylan was presenting Big Brother spin off show Bit On The Side.
