A pap learned the hard way that Jennifer Lopez is not to be played with when it comes to her children.

The “Unstoppable” star attended Sunday night’s black-tie Broadway premiere of “Othello” with her 17-year-old child Emme.

A spy tells Page Six exclusively that Lopez was in full “mama bear” mode when a paparazzo accosted them exiting the Ethel Barrymore Theater.

A spy witnessed a “huge paparazzi camera” get in between the “Ain’t Your Mama” singer and Emme.

When the lens was shoved in the teen’s face, Lopez, 55, “yelled at the guy,” we’re told.

“She went mama bear,” the source tells us.

Aside from the unruly photog, Lopez and Emme appeared to have a great evening.

“Othello premiere with the best date ever,” the Grammy nominee captioned an Instagram video of them shimmying the following day.

Lopez’s battle with the pap wasn’t the only drama that unfolded on Sunday night; TV host and comedian Sherri Shepherd revealed an “unnamed celebrity” tried to come for her.

She claimed on her show Monday morning that the star grabbed her arm, “and then forcefully turned me around … and she says to me, ‘You’ve been shading me a lot.’”

“She came up to me in front of everybody. … You don’t freakin’ get to do that to me,” Shepherd said.

A rep for Shepherd did not comment, but sources told Page Six the star was actress Nia Long, who did not immediately respond either.

The star-studded opening brought out celebs like Martha Stewart, Samuel L. Jackson, Tamron Hall, Jamie Lee Curtis, Christina Baranski and former President Joe Biden and ex-first lady Jill Biden, who received a standing ovation at the show. They later partied with the cast, including Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal, at Tavern on the Green.
