Victoria answered fan questions on Reddit after her big win and shared the strategies she uses.

One social media user asked how Victoria studied for her game and which techniques she used to absorb knowledge.

“So I think by FAR the most important thing is to tap into a community of people who play stuff,” Victoria wrote.

The star emphasized that she joined several online quizzing communities to help practice.

“Like, I’m doing quiz stuff now because I had friends who did it on the regular who lived near me, and that hooked me up with a lot of people that I felt comfortable with and connected to and got me excited about stuff.

“Joining OQL [Online Quiz Community] or something like it probably is the quickest and easiest way to do that—it’s open-entry, they’ll match you up with teammates,” she finished.

Victoria mentioned that she tries to acknowledge that she has gaps in her knowledge and what she does to try and bridge them.

“Taking the time to let things sink in and being patient is important; there’s only so much you can learn at one time. To me, I find it kind of liberating that I CAN’T learn everything; it’s literally not a possible thing,” Victoria explained.

“In general you also want to go from broad to narrow on fields you don’t know much about.

“I personally can’t learn minutiae about something until I learn the basics. So if there’s something where I’m like ‘this is a big gap,’ I try to find an explainer or a really basic resource to learn and THEN go deeper into it,” she continued.

“For me personally, there *are* things I don’t have innate interest in…but very, very few that a great writer can’t make me see the point of, or why someone would love it.”

An avid user asked how she maintained such a vast range of knowledge.

“As far as maintaining old stuff, I’m a huge believer in spaced repetition (I use Anki), which jogs your memory about things just as you’d otherwise be forgetting them,” Victoria wrote.

Anki is a software that provides flashcards full of knowledge to help with studying.

THE BIG WIN

Victoria took home the $500,000 grand prize, a glitzy Alex Trebek trophy, and the title of Jeopardy! Masters Champion last week.

She took the crown after a tense battle and finished with a total score of $55,400.

Victoria also grabbed $100,000 for the charity Partners in Health for her tournament victory.

James appeared to be the forerunner, but Victoria thwarted his chances.

Like the semifinals, the finale wiped the standings clean for a level playing field.

The last category featured retired Philadelphia Eagle Jason Kelce reading off the clues.

Jeopardy! Universe

Jeopardy! first aired in 1964 until 1975. Then the nighttime version began in 1974. Since then, spinoffs of the game show have emerged. Here they all are:

Jeopardy! – (primetime) 1974 to present, weekdays on ABC at 7pm.

Tournament of Champions – 1984 to present, features the top champions who have appeared on the show since the last tournament.

Celebrity Jeopardy! – 1992 to present, has celebrities compete against each other to raise money for charity.

Jeopardy! Masters – 2023 to present, features six notable recent Jeopardy! champions competing against each other.

Jeopardy! National College Championship – 2022 to present, undergraduates from 36 colleges and universities across America compete to win $100,000.

Other versions of Jeopardy! have fizzled out throughout the years.

It appeared Victoria is not done dominating the game show scene, with the star teasing another return for the three beloved contestants.

Fans flooded X, formerly Twitter, with praise for the trio while they battled it out in front of host Ken Jennings.

Some commenters begged for the three to appear on another game show.

“Just saying it wouldn’t be a bad idea for ABC to do another season of The Chase with these three,” someone noted online

Victoria retweeted the post, teasing a return of the three finalists on Jeopardy!’s rival game show, The Chase.
