Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend, social-media personality Kayla Nicole, has revealed she ‘won’t ever’ date a man publicly again until she has met her ‘long-term’ partner.

Nicole’s revelation did not namedrop Kelce, but came with the context that her Kansas City Chiefs ex-boyfriend is doing the exact opposite.

Nicole and Kelce dated from 2017 until 2022 with the tight end now in an A-List romance with Taylor Swift, which publicly started in September 2023.

‘I don’t think I ever want to publicly date another man until I am absolutely sure that they are my long-term person just because I want to protect the things that mean most to me,’ Nicole said on her new podcast, ‘The Pre-Game’. 

Nicole has not revealed any new men in her life on a grand scale since her split from Kelce.

‘I am out here hiding, dating and hiding, Ok,’ Nicole continued. ‘I am the queen of a private room, in a back room, in a corner closet and I have no shame in it. I have no shame in it. And honestly, to each is own. But for me, I feel like it’s working right now and if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.’

Kelce and Swift have been dating since September 2023, a year after his spilt with Nicole

Nicole said she made the change post-Kelce to protect her and her closest family and friends in their personal lives.

‘I am like John Cena now with men – you don’t see me,’ Nicole added in reference to the legendary professional wrestler’s catch phrase ‘You Can’t See Me!’

‘You don’t see me with a man and you won’t ever see me with a man until I’m married with kids. And sometimes when you’re a little too open… and transparent, you open yourself up to a world of opinion a world of entitlement, people want answers.’

‘People think that you owe them an explanation about every single thing in your relationship.. I just want to be able to love without the pressure.’

Due to Kelce dating one of the most popular celebrities on the planet, everything about his life has gone under a microscope in the last two years.

That of course includes his past romances, with his relationship with Nicole being the most notable before he began dating Swift.
